Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS 3)

Statement of Compliance

Based on the information provided by our suppliers, and to the best of our knowledge, CherrySource Ltd t/a Rubber Washers designates that all current product ranges are RoHS compliant and conform to the European Union's restrictions of the use of hazardous substances (RoHS) namely ROHS_2011/65/EU and ROHS_2015/863/EU.

Confirmation by our suppliers of the status of compliance is either because the products do not contain any of the restricted substances referred to in article 4(1) of the RoHS directive, or the levels of concentration arebelow the maximum limit for all of the hazardous substances stated below.

• Lead, including, lead/tin solder
• Mercury
• Cadmium
• Hexavalent chromium
• Polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs) and
• Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs)
• Bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP)
• Butyl benzyl phthalate (BBP)
• Dibutyl phthalate (DBP)
• Diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP)

To the best of our knowledge, none of CherrySource's raw material suppliers use these materials in themanufacture of their products and accordingly all products supplied by CherrySource Ltd to its customers comply with current directives in respect to the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS).
